New LLPA Adjustments

On 1/6/2022, the Federal Housing Finance Agency announced increases to upfront fees for certain high balance and second home loans for loan deliveries as of 4/1/2022.

As a result, Interfirst Mortgage Company will apply new LLPA adjustments to new locks starting 1/31/2022.
